To answer who needs a project manager, we need to first dive deeper into who a project manager is. The Project Management Institute (PMI), defines project managers as “organized, passionate and goal-oriented who understand what projects have in common, and their strategic role in how organizations succeed, learn and change”.
That said, project managers are those who are in overall charge of the planning and execution of a particular project. Almost every company out there will need project managers in their operations.
At TalentMarketplace, we hire project managers, project coordinators, and business analysts for a wide range of organizations; from change management to construction to media. Although there aren't many project management companies, there are almost an unlimited amount of companies who need project managers.
